RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your Gemanite pieces. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gemanite.com.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
We offer exchanges for eligible items.
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at info@gemanite.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process and ship your replacement.
Please note:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@gemanite.com. so we can resolve the issue promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom or personalized jewelry (including name necklaces)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
These items are considered final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
