📦 PROCESSING TIME
All non-custom orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
✨ CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
We offer two types of custom jewelry:
Engraved Jewelry (Names, Initials, Short Messages)
- Processed in-house within 1–3 business days
- Ships immediately after processing
Custom Name Necklaces (Made-to-Order Designs)
- Production time: 4–6 weeks
- Shipping begins after production is completed
Please note:
- Production times may vary depending on demand
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started
🚚 SHIPPING TIMES
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier.

💰 SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Free U.S. shipping is available on orders over $25.

We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive in time for specific events if we were not notified in advance.
📦 TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📬 DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@gemanite.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
🚫 ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Gemanite is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
