Lifetime Color Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on the gold color of your jewelry. If the gold finish fades or changes color under normal use, please contact us for assistance.
90-Day Breakage Warranty
If your jewelry breaks within 90 days of purchase, please contact us. We'll review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Please Note: Our warranty does not cover lost items, scratches or plating damage caused by normal wear and tear, improper use or storage, or modifications made by a third party. Damage caused by harsh abrasion, accidents, or misuse is also excluded.

Gemanite is pleased to offer international shipping! All orders are dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination, and international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These additional charges, if applicable, are the customer's responsibility.
